About Me

Texas Family Nutrition is led by Rachel Brownlee Kurita, MS, RD, CSP, LD, CDCES:​

 

I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who specializes in pediatric and family nutrition for Texans who live with inflammatory conditions such as prediabetes, diabetes, Celiac disease and other autoimmune disorders. 

​

"CDCES" means I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist; I am trained and experiences in helping adults and children manage their blood glucose with diet, lifestyle, and maintaining healthy habits.

​

​It is my passion to partner with clients to learn about their goals and help them improve their well-being using a culinary approach.​
