A one-on-one 60 minute telehealth nutrition assessment and counseling session.

We will discuss your health goals, resources, and barriers, and help you make a plan to get started achieve your goals.

 

As each individual or family is unique, we will tailor your goals based on your medical history, daily schedule and lifestyle, and food preferences, so that it is a good fit for you.

A 45-minute telehealth follow-up session.

You choose the direction: Spend time with a one-on-one practice in meal planning, and discuss progress toward nutrition and lifestyle goals.

 

I will help you stay focused on your goals and overcome challenges you face.

Want some help making a meal plan? Based on your health goals and needs, I will make an example meal plan for you, and then guide you through selecting recipes and creating your own meal plans.

 

The fee for this session provides you with your custom meal plan and a 45-60 minute training session one-on-one through Google Meets.
